Fuel Pump Control Unit: Installation

  1. Connect the connector to the fuel pump control module.
  2. Install the fuel pump control module.

    Tightening torque: 

    5 N.m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

  3. Install the trim panel trunk side RH. (Sedan model) Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>TRUNK ROOM TRIM>INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the trim panel assembly apron RH. (OUTBACK model) Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR QUARTER TRIM>INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
