High-Pressure Fuel Delivery Pipe
- Temporarily tighten the flare nut of the high-pressure fuel delivery pipe by hand until it seats, and tighten the flare nuts on both ends.CAUTION:
- Always use a new high-pressure fuel delivery pipe.
- Check that the seal surface of the fuel injector pipe LH and the high-pressure fuel pump have no deformation, cracks or other damages.
- Check that the seal surface of the fuel injector pipe LH and the high-pressure fuel pump have no foreign materials.
Tightening torque:
28 N.m (2.9 kgf-m, 20.7 ft-lb)
- Install the fuel pump insulator, fuel pipe insulator No. 3, fuel pipe insulator No. 4 and fuel pipe insulator No. 5. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>FUEL INSULATOR>INSTALLATION
- Install the intake manifold assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>INTAKE MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
