Transmission Harness: Installation

Install a new O-ring.
NOTE: Apply CVTF to the O-rings.
Set the transmission harness, and install the clip.
Connect the ground terminal, and connect the connectors to the primary speed sensor, secondary pressure sensor and inhibitor switch.
Tightening torque:

13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)

Connect the ground terminal, and connect the connectors to the secondary speed sensor and front wheel speed sensor.
Tightening torque:

13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)

Install the bolt which holds the transmission harness.
Tightening torque:

5 N.m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)
Install the control valve body. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>CONTROL VALVE BODY>INSTALLATION .
Remove the ST (STAND ASSY).
Install the stay.
Tightening torque:

16 N.m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)
Install the torque converter. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>TORQUE CONVERTER>INSTALLATION .
Install the transmission body. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
