Fuel Tank: Assembly
- Attach the cushion to the fuel tank. (When replacing with a new part)NOTE:
- When replacing the fuel tank with a new one, attach a new cushion before using.
- Before attaching the cushion, degrease the attaching surface of fuel tank.
- Install the fuel tank cover to the fuel tank.CAUTION: Check that the fuel tank cover has no deformation, cracks or other damages. If the fuel tank cover is defective, replace it with a new fuel tank cover.
- Install the fuel sub delivery tube. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>FUEL DELIVERY AND EVAPORATION LINES>INSTALLATION .
- Connect individual hoses to the fuel tank. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>FUEL TANK 1 .
