Work Support: List

Work Support item Contents Remarks
Simple Roughness Monitor Engine speed and misfiring counter for each cylinder can be displayed.
  • Calculates in range of engine speed (300 rpm to 2000 rpm)
  • Interval of data update is 60 ms at minimum (at 2000 rpm)
High-Grade Roughness Monitor (without harness) Standard deviation, engine speed, etc. can be calculated based on the pulse data of crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor, and the value and graph can also be displayed.
  • Calculates in range of engine speed (300 rpm to 2000 rpm)
  • Interval of data update is 60 ms at minimum (at 2000 rpm)
Entry VIN V.I.N. can be registered. Ignition switch ON (engine OFF)
Control Operation History If the maximum vehicle speed, the maximum engine speed, and the maximum boost pressure are out of standard, the history data that consists of the latest data and top three data (four data in total) of each item can be displayed. (Up to 12 data)
The following 20 items are to be saved.
  • Front and Back G
  • Right and Left G
  • Engine Speed
  • Vehicle Speed
  • Accel. Opening Angle
  • Coolant Temp.
  • Mani. Absolute Pressure
  • Oil Temperature
  • Intake Air Temperature
  • Trip Count
  • Count
  • Time Count
  • Neutral Position Switch
  • Clutch Switch
  • Brake Switch
  • Current Gear Position
  • Vehicle Odometer Reading
  • Engine rpm Total Time
  • Vehicle Speed Total Time
  • Boost Pressure Total Time
NOTE: The cumulative time that exceeded the threshold value in the past is recorded in the latest time counter.
  • Data of [Detect] is saved and data of [1 before], [History2], and [History3] are saved every 0.5 seconds.
NOTE: Depending on the timing, displayed values of [1 before], [History2], and [History3] may be higher than that of [Detect].
  • To delete the history, click the operation history clear button. (Not deleted by battery removal or DTC memory clear.)
NOTE: If Control Operation History is recorded, perform inspection referring to the following table.
