Select Lever: Installation

  1. Install the select cable to the select lever. Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>SELECT CABLE>INSTALLATION .
  2. Install the select lever.

    Tightening torque: 

    18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

  3. Install the clip securing the harness.
  4. Connect the connector.

  5. Install the cover center side. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CENTER CONSOLE>INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the console box. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CONSOLE BOX>INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the clamp to the grip.
    NOTE: Insert it from the front side.
  8. Install the cover grip AT to the grip. (Model with gate shifter)
  9. Install the grip to the select lever.
    NOTE: For the model with boot shifter, install it while pressing on the clamp.
  10. Install the boot to the grip. (Model with boot shifter)
  11. Shift the select lever to "P range".
    1. Press the shift lock release button.
    2. Shift the select lever to "P range".
  12. Install the wireless charger assembly. (Model with wireless charger) Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>WIRELESS CHARGER>INSTALLATION .
  13. Install the mat tray center. (Model without wireless charger)
  14. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
