Converter Case: Disassembly

  1. Remove the drain plug (A) using TORX® bit T70.
  2. Remove the overflow plug (B).

  3. Remove the line pressure sensor. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION(TR580)>LINE PRESSURE SENSOR>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the primary pressure sensor. (WILDERNESS model) Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION(TR580)>PRIMARY PRESSURE SENSOR>REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the plugs and oil guide.

  6. Remove the stud bolt.
