LH Side

Install the ignition coil and connect the connector (A).
CAUTION: Degrease the mounting bolts, rocker cover installation portion and ignition coil installation hole.

Tightening torque:

8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

Install the pipe evaporator cooling to the clip.

Install the bolts and the nuts which secure the CVTF cooler pipe No. 2. (Model with CVTF cooler (air cool))
NOTE: Use a socket with magnet (for preventing nut falling) to attach the nut through the gap of the front grille assembly.

Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

Attach the bracket.
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
Place the engine wiring harness and secure the engine wiring harness to the bracket with the claw (A).
Set the battery cable assembly, and secure the battery cable assembly to the bracket with claw (B).

Install the engine wiring harness to the clip (A), and connect the connector (B) to the main fuse box.
Connect the connector (C) to ECM. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)>INSTALLATION .

Install the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO)>BATTERY>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
