Work Support: List

Work support item Contents Remarks
Simple Roughness Monitor Engine speed and misfiring counter for each cylinder can be displayed.
  • Calculates in range of engine speed (300 rpm to 2000 rpm)
  • Interval of data update is 60 ms at minimum (at 2000 rpm)
High-Grade Roughness Monitor (without harness) Standard deviation, engine speed, etc. can be calculated based on the pulse data of crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor, and the value and graph can also be displayed.
  • Calculates in range of engine speed (300 rpm to 2000 rpm)
  • Interval of data update is 60 ms at minimum (at 2000 rpm)
Entry VIN V.I.N. can be registered. Ignition switch ON (engine OFF)
Evaporative System Leak Test The EVAP system is diagnosed by forcibly actuating the ELCM. Execution condition
  • Ignition switch ON (engine OFF)
  • Battery voltage: 10.9 V or more
  • [Engine Coolant Temperature 1]: 4.5°C (40°F) - 45°C (113°F)
  • [Intake Air Temp.]: 4.5°C (40°F) or more
  • [Oil Temperature]: 4.5°C (40°F) or more
NOTE:
  • Refer to inspection mode AZ for execution procedures. Ref. to ENGINE (DIAGNOSTICS) (H4DO 2.0)>INSPECTION MODE .
  • The test is finished in about 15 minutes from the evaporative system leak test start. If the fuel tank is fully filled, it may take up to 30 minutes.
  • If the fuel tank is fully filled, inaccurate test results may be obtained.
Control Operation History If the maximum vehicle speed and maximum engine speed are each out of standard, the history data that consists of the latest data and top three data (four data in total) of each item can be displayed. (Up to 12 data)
The following items are to be saved.
  • Engine Speed
  • Vehicle Speed
  • Trip Count
  • Count
  • Time Count
  • A/F Sensor #1
  • Neutral Position Switch
  • Current Gear Position
  • Vehicle Odometer Reading
  • Data of [Detect] is saved and data of [1 before], [History2], and [History3] are saved every 0.5 seconds.
NOTE: Depending on the timing, displayed values of [1 before], [History2], and [History3] may be higher than that of [Detect].
  • To delete the history, click the operation history clear button.

(Not deleted by battery removal or DTC memory clear.)

NOTE: If Control Operation History is recorded, perform inspection referring to the following table.
