Fuel Sub Level Sensor: Inspection
- Check that the fuel sub level sensor has no damage.
- Check the fuel sub level sensor float position.
(A) FULL (B) EMPTY (C) Fuel sub level sensor seating surface Float position Standard FULL - Fuel sub level sensor seating surface H1 140.6 - 149.6 mm (5.536 - 5.89 in) EMPTY - Fuel sub level sensor seating surface H2 10.1 - 19.1 mm (0.398 - 0.752 in) - Check the Ω between fuel sub level sensor terminals by the connector on top of the fuel sub level sensor.
