How To Use Check Board
- Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
- Disconnect the connector from ECM. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)>REMOVAL
.CAUTION: Make sure that the lock is released before moving the lever in order to avoid damaging the connector.
- Connect the ECM connector to the check board.
- Connect the ECM connector (C) to ECM.CAUTION: Use the measurement connector (B) with part label (A) when measuring the voltage, current and resistance. If you insert a taper pin for measurement into the ECM connector (C) by mistake, do not use the check board again, otherwise a malfunction (poor contact, etc.) may occur on the vehicle.

CAUTION:
- To prevent damage to the connector, when connecting the connector to ECM, insert the connector straight in until it stops, and while maintaining the position, lock the lever. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) .
- Affix the check board the using tape (A) so that it may not contact the vibrating portion such as engine.
