Select Lever: Removal
NOTE:
- Components: Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>SELECT LEVER .
- The "P" range switch and manual mode switch are integrated with the select lever.
- The select lever cannot be disassembled.
- Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Remove the mat tray center. (Model without wireless charger)
- Remove the wireless charger assembly. (Model with wireless charger) Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>WIRELESS CHARGER>REMOVAL .
- Shift the select lever to "N range".
- Lower the section (A) of the boot. (Model with boot shifter)
- Lower the cover grip AT (A) vertically toward the lever. (Model with gate shifter)
- Remove the grip.
- Remove the console box. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CONSOLE BOX>REMOVAL .
- Remove the cover center side. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CENTER CONSOLE>REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the clips securing the harness.
- Remove the select lever.
- Remove the select cable. Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>SELECT CABLE>REMOVAL .
- Remove the select lever.
