3-Way Solenoid Valve (TWSV)
Disconnect vacuum hoses from EGR valve and EGR modulator. Keep electrical connector connected. See Fig 1 . Blow air into EGR valve hose. Air should pass through EGR modulator hose. Disconnect electrical connector and attach 12-volt battery. Air should now pass through filter and not through EGR modulator hose.
