Secondary Throttle Control Diaphragm

Remove 2 vacuum hoses from diaphragm. Plug one vacuum fitting and connect vacuum pump to other. Fully open primary throttle valve. Apply vacuum to diaphragm. Secondary throttle should open smoothly and hold while vacuum is applied. If not, check secondary throttle linkage for binding. If no problem is present, replace diaphragm.
