Vacuum Advance

Remove distributor cap. Disconnect vacuum hose at advance unit. Apply 15 in. Hg of vacuum to vacuum advance diaphragm. Note that base plate moves smoothly. If base plate does not operate smoothly, check vacuum advance unit or base plate.
