Throttle Switch

NOTE: Throttle switch is used only on Swift SOHC models with manual transaxle. Throttle position sensor is used on automatic transaxle models.
THROTTLE SWITCH CONTINUITY - SOHC M/T

Application (1) Specification
Between Terminals "A" & "B"
With .012" (.30 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw Continuity
With .035" (.89 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw No Continuity
With Throttle Wide Open No Continuity
Between Terminals "B" & "C"
With .012" (.30 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw No Continuity
With .035" (.89 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw No Continuity
With Throttle Wide Open Continuity
Between Terminals "A" & "C"
With .012" (.30 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw No Continuity
With .035" (.89 mm) Clearance At Stop Screw No Continuity
With Throttle Wide Open No Continuity
(1) Throttle switch is used only on SOHC with manual transaxle. SOHC with automatic transaxle uses throttle position sensor.
