Ignition Coil Resistance

Disconnect secondary cable/wire from coil. Remove primary wire connector from ignition coil. Using ohmmeter, check coil resistances between primary terminals and secondary terminal of coil. See Fig 1 . See IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE table. Replace coil if readings are not within specifications.
