No-Load Performance Test
- Using a jumper wire, connect battery negative terminal to starter housing. Connect positive battery terminal to ammeter. Connect other side of ammeter to starter "S" and BAT terminals. Ensure starter rotates smoothly.
- Starter current draw should be less than 60 amps at 11.5 volts.
