TP Sensor Inspection

Disconnect TP sensor connector. Using ohmmeter, check resistance between specified terminals of TP sensor connector with proper shim thickness gauge inserted between throttle valve lever and stop screw. See the THROTTLE POSITION (TP) SENSOR RESISTANCE  table. Adjust sensor if reading are not as specified.
