Ignition Coil Resistance

Disconnect secondary cable/wire from coil. Remove primary wire connector from ignition coil. Using ohmmeter, check coil primary and secondary resistances. See the IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE  table. See Fig 1 . Replace coil if resistance is not within specification.
