Idle Switch (Inside ISC Actuator)

Disconnect ECM connectors. Using a DVOM, check voltage between ECM connector terminal B15 and ground. With throttle lever in contact with ISC plunger, specification is 0-1 volt. With throttle lever away from ISC plunger, specification is 4-6 volts. If any voltage reading is not within specification, replace lower throttle body.
