Relay Test

Using Tech 1 scan tool, turn relay on and off using UP/DOWN arrow buttons on scan tool. Battery voltage supplied to EBCM through relay contacts is displayed on Tech 1. When relay is commanded on, voltage should be equal to battery voltage. When relay is commanded off, voltage should be less than 2 volts.
