ECM/PCM Power Circuits

Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ground and indicated power circuits of ECM/PCM connector terminals. If battery voltage is not indicated, ensure fuses are not blown. Check main relay operation. See RELAYS & SOLENOIDS  .
