Monitor Strategy Description

Target is to detect the following failure on the VIM hardware: "mechanical stop not reached". This diagnosis is made up off two sub-diagnose: one for VIM activated/one for VIM deactivated positions. "STOP_ON" or "STOP_OFF" symptoms are set if the VIM hardware is stacked within the conventional angular range (i.e.: between stop position for VIM activated and stop position for VIM deactivated). Causes can be: too high system friction (axis or actuator), insufficient vacuum pressure applied at the actuator (vacuum leakage from the hose or from the vacuum reservoir, vacuum hose disconnected), ... etc ... Only one symptom can be active at the same time.
