Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Installation

Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
Install the ECTS.
NOTE: Apply the sealant to the threads on the ECTS.

Tighten:

Tighten the ECTS to 15 - 20 N.m (11 - 15 lb-ft).

Install the VIS vacuum tank.
Tighten:

Tighten the VIS vacuum tank retaining bolts to 7 - 9 N.m (62 - 80 lb-in.).
