VIS Valve Installation

Installation should follow the removal procedure in the reverse order.
Install the VIS valve and the VIS actuator.
Tighten:
- Tighten the VIS valve retaining bolts to 10 - 13 N.m (89 - 115 lb-in.).
- Tighten the VIS actuator retaining bolts to 10 - 13 N.m (89 - 115 lb-in.).
