DTC Confirmation Procedure

  1. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
  2. Check to make sure that the following conditions are met.
    • Blower fan: OFF
    • Headlight switch: OFF
    • Rear defogger switch: OFF
  3. Run engine at idle speed for 5 min. and check to make sure that the following conditions are met.
    • Blower fan: ON
    • Headlight switch: ON
    • Rear defogger switch: ON
  4. Run engine speed at 4, 000 RPM and keep it for 30 sec.
