EVAP Canister Inspection

WARNING: If you suck at the nozzle on the EVAP canister by mistake, you will inhale harmful fuel vapor that may be present inside the canister. Never suck at any of the nozzles on the EVAP canister.

Check outside of EVAP canister visually.
Disconnect vacuum hoses from EVAP canister.
Check that there is no restriction of flow through purge pipe (1) and air pipe or EVAP leak check module pipe (2) when air is blown (4) into tank pipe (3).
If any faulty condition is found in this inspection, replace EVAP canister.
