ECM Removal and Installation: Removal

Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
Disconnect connectors from ECM as follows.
1. Push lock (1) to release locking of lock lever (2).
2. Turn lock lever in arrow direction until it stops.

Remove ECM (2) and bracket (3) from front fender bracket and battery tray by removing their mounting bolts (1).

Remove ECM from bracket by removing ECM mounting nuts.
