ECU Box - Remove And Install: Remove
- Remove the wiper motor assembly:
- Release the fir tree clips that secure the 12V harness to the rear of the fusebox bracket.

- Release the screws that secure the fusebox bracket to the body (torque 7 N.m).

- Gently pull the fusebox forward.
- Release the 2 clips that secure the fuse box harness.

- Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the wiper mount bracket to the crossbeam (torque 20 N.m).

- Remove the nuts (x2) that secure the wiper mount bracket to the studs on the bulkhead (torque 20 N.m).

- Remove the wiper mount bracket from the vehicle.
- If equipped, release the 2 clips that secure LHF air suspension line.

- If equipped, release the 4 nuts that secure the air suspension reservoir (torque 6 N.m).
- If equipped, slide the air suspension reservoir to the LH side of the vehicle, then pull it into the underhood area.

- Release the harness clip from the ECU box.

- Release the 3 bolts that secure the ECU box to the firewall (torque 6 N.m). Gently pull the ECU forward but do not attempt to remove it at this time.

- Release the screw that secures the ECU box cover (torque 3 N.m).

- Depress the 2 tabs to remove the ECU box cover.

- Disconnect all harnesses inside the ECU box.
- Remove the ECU box from the vehicle.
