Disable Service Mode

  1. Disable Service Mode using either a laptop with Toolbox 3 or the vehicle touchscreen.
    • Touchscreen
      1. On the vehicle touchscreen, touch CONTROLS (vehicle icon) > SERVICE MODE > EXIT SERVICE MODE  at the top of the Service Mode menu.
        NOTE: The red "SERVICE MODE" overlay or red touchscreen border is removed.
      2. Return to the procedure that required Service Mode to be disabled.
    • Laptop with Toolbox 3
      1. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect And Disconnect) .
      2. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway Unlock .
      3. In Toolbox 3, click the Actions  tab, type "Service" into the search field, click PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODE  , click Run  , and then allow the routine to complete.
      4. Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect And Disconnect) .
      5. Return to the procedure that required Service Mode to be disabled.
