Service Panel - Instrument Panel - Remove and Replace: Procedure

  1. Open LH front door.
  2. Lower LH front window.
  3. Release IP service panel from IP and disconnect temperature sensor connector.
    NOTE: 4x clips, 4x tabs, 1x connector.

  4. Remove bolts securing cabin temperature sensor to IP service panel.
    NOTE: 2x bolts, T20, 0.7 N.m (6.19 inch-lbs.).

  5. Remove the cabin temperature sensor from IP service panel.

  6. Position the cabin temperature sensor to new IP service panel for installation.

  7. Install bolts securing cabin temperature sensor to new IP service panel.
    NOTE: 2x bolts, T20, 0.7 N.m (6.19 inch-lbs.).

  8. Connect temperature sensor connector and install IP service panel into IP.

  9. Raise LH front window.
  10. Close LH front door.
