Module - Restraint Control - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Move the LH front seat backward.

  2. Disconnect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
  3. Remove the LH toeboard bracket. See Bracket - Toeboard - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  4. Disconnect the electrical harnesses (x2) from the RCM.
    NOTE: Swing open the locking arm to release the connector. Remove the RH connector first.

  5. Remove and discard the nuts (x3) that attach the RCM to the vehicle, and then remove the RCM from the vehicle.
    NOTE: 10 mm, 10 N.m
