User Data (Factory Reset): Procedure

NOTE: The service procedure below details resetting vehicle user data when the previous user's credentials are not available.
  1. Enable Service Mode. See SERVICE MODE (ENABLE AND DISABLE) .
  2. Select Actions/Autodiag  , and then search for "Reset".
  3. Select the "Service Factory Reset" routine, and then click Run  .
  4. When the routine has finished, close the window and exit Service Mode. See SERVICE MODE (ENABLE AND DISABLE) .
