Wheel - Remove And Install: Remove

  1. Move the vehicle to a 2 post lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift .
    NOTE: If using a floor jack, position the floor jack under the lift point at the wheel to be removed.
  2. On the vehicle touchscreen, touch Controls  > Service  > Suspension  > Jack Mode  to enable Jack Mode.
  3. Remove the lug nut covers (x5) from the wheel.

  4. Loosen, but do not remove the lug nuts (x5) that attach wheel to the hub.

  5. Raise vehicle to unload the suspension.
    NOTE: If using a floor jack, raise the vehicle to unload the suspension at the wheel to be removed.
  6. Remove the lug nuts (x5) from the wheel, and then remove the wheel from the hub.
