TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - B-PILLAR HEIGHT ADJUSTER, ASSEMBLY, LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

Description Torque Value Recommended Tools Reuse/Replace Notes
Bolt that attaches the upper D-ring to the adjustable top loop 20 N.m (14.7 lbs-ft) 
  • Torx T50 socket
  • 3 in extension
  • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
  • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench (for installation only)
 Replace The bolt is patched
Bolt that attaches the adjustable top loop to the body 20 N.m (14.7 lbs-ft) 
  • Torx T50 socket
  • 3 in extension
  • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
  • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench (for installation only)
 Reuse The bolt is patched
TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - FRONT AIR BAGS - FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG (WITH KNEE AIRBAG) (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

Bolts (x6) that attach the passenger air bag to the vehicle 8.5 N.m (6.3 lbs-ft) 
  • External Torx E10
  • Cordless 3/8 in Dr Impact
  • 6 in extension
  • Ratchet/torque wrench

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - FRONT AIR BAGS - FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG (WITHOUT KNEE AIRBAG) (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

Bolts (x6) that attach the passenger airbag to the cross car beam 8 N.m (5.9 lbs-ft) 
  • External Torx E10
  • 1/4 in to 3/8 in adapter
  • 6 in extension
  • Ratchet/torque wrench

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - SIDE AIR BAGS - CURTAIN AIRBAG - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) SIDE AIR BAGS - CURTAIN AIRBAG, RH, RHD (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

Bolts (x10) that attach the LH/RH curtain airbag to the body 9 N.m (6.6 lbs-ft) 
  • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
  • 2 in extension
  • 10 mm socket
  • Ratchet/torque wrench

NOTE: Do NOT use impact tool to install these self-tapping bolts.
TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - 1ST ROW SEAT BELTS - 1ST ROW BUCKLE (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - 2ND ROW SEAT BELTS - 2ND ROW BUCKLE, CODED CENTER AND RH (REMOVE AND REPLACE)

Nuts (x2) that attach the pyrotechnic actuator to the body 6 N.m (4.4 lbs-ft)
