THERMO Switch

Drain engine coolant. Remove the thermo switch from the intake manifold. Cool the switch to below 109°F (43°C). Using ohmmeter, check switch for continuity. Heat the switch to above 131°F (55°C) with hot water. Check that there is no continuity. Apply liquid sealer to threads and reinstall.
