Make sure wheels are positioned straight ahead, remove rack boot clips, loosen tie rod clamp bolts and rotate adjusting sleeves an equal amount until correct toe-in is obtained. Position clamp bolts at right angles to slot in tie rod, tighten bolts and install rack boot clips making sure that boot is not twisted.
