THERMO Switch

Drain engine coolant and remove switch from the intake manifold. Cool switch below 109°F (43°C). Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between switch terminal and body. Heat switch above 131°F (55°C) in hot water. Check that there is no continuity. Apply liquid sealer to threads and reinstall.
