VCV Valve No. 1

Remove VCV valve. See Fig 1. Apply 11.81 in. Hg (26.7 kPa) to port "S". See Fig 2. Blow air into port "Y" and ensure VCV opens. Release vacuum. Blow air into port "Y" and ensure VCV closes. If valve fails to operate as specified, it must be replaced.
