Wiring Harness Testing

Using DVOM, monitor suspect circuit or component. Lightly shake wiring harness while checking DVOM for voltage fluctuation. See Figure. Inspect component connector harness for stretched areas. Inspect fulcrum point of harness at the body through-portion.
