CAUTION:
If ECM replacement is instructed in following testing, always ensure ECM harness connector and ground circuit are okay. If either are suspect, repair and repeat testing to confirm ECM malfunction.
NOTE:
Toyota scan tester can be used to confirm PNP switch.
