Vehicle Speed Decreased 10 MPH Or More Below Speed Set During Cruise Control Operation

Indicator Light Flashes 5 Times, Cruise Control Will Not Set Or Operate

⁽¹⁾	Perform appropriate test in order given. See DIAGNOSIS & TESTING

⁽²⁾	Check speedometer cable function.

⁽³⁾	Check vacuum hoses and brake fluid level.

⁽⁴⁾	Check CC ECU. See CRUISE CONTROL ECU CIRCUIT TEST Replace CC ECU as necessary and recheck system operation.

⁽⁵⁾	If speed set can be maintained when speed control switch is again set to SET/COAST position, there is no malfunction.
