A/C Idle-Up Valve

Application Valve Location 4-Cyl. Passenger's Side Rear Corner Of Engine, Near Air Intake & Contains 2-Pin Black Connector - Using ohmmeter, check resistance between A/C idle-up valve electrical terminals. Application Ohms @ 68°F (20°C) T100 30-34 - Ensure no continuity exists between each electrical terminal and body of A/C idle-up valve. To check A/C idle-up valve operation, apply air pressure to designated area and checking air passage, and then applying battery voltage and ground and retesting. See Fig 1. Replace A/C idle-up valve if defective.
