| Air Bag Warning Light Flashes Quickly (Twice Per Second) | Indicates source voltage is too low |
| Code 11 | Indicates short to ground in circuit between air bag sensor and either air bag, faulty air bag, short to ground in circuit between front air bag sensor and air bag sensor, faulty front air bag sensor, faulty spiral cable or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 12 | Indicates short to battery voltage in circuit between air bag sensor and either air bag, faulty air bag; faulty spiral cable, or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 13 | Indicates circuits between steering wheel pad and air bag sensor are shorted together, faulty steering wheel pad; faulty spiral cable, or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 14 | Open circuit between steering wheel pad and air bag sensor; faulty steering wheel pad faulty spiral cable, or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 24 | Indicates air bag sensor connector is partially connected (detected by electrical connection check mechanism in air bag sensor), faulty electrical connection check mechanism, or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 31 | Indicates faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 53 | Indicates circuits between passenger-side air bag and air bag sensor are shorted together, faulty passenger-side air bag, or faulty air bag sensor |
| Code 54 | Indicates open circuit between passenger-side air bag and air bag sensor, faulty passenger-side air bag, or faulty air bag sensor |
