Integration Relay Test: Avalon

  1. Locate integration relay. See INTEGRATION RELAY LOCATION  table. Backprobing connector, connect voltmeter positive lead to terminal No. 13 at integration relay 25-pin connector. See Fig 1. Connect voltmeter negative lead to ground. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position.
  2. Observe voltmeter and close driver's door. Battery voltage should be present. Open driver's door. Voltage should be zero volts. Observe voltmeter and turn ignition switch to ON position. Battery voltage should be present. If voltage is not as specified, replace integration relay and retest.
