Test No. 14: Door Unlock Detection Switch Circuit: Testing
- Check operation of door unlock detection switch. See appropriate POWER DOOR LOCKS article. If door unlock detection switch operates properly, go to next step. If door unlock detection switch is defective, replace door unlock detection switch.
- Check for faulty connectors and wiring between door unlock detection switch and body ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Repair wiring or connectors as necessary. If connectors and wiring are okay, go to next test listed. See appropriate TROUBLE SHOOTING SYMPTOMS table under TROUBLE SHOOTING .
