Description & Operation
Keyless entry system allows the doors to be locked and unlocked by the use of a hand-held transmitter. Pushing the unlock button once will turn off the theft deterrent system and unlock driver's door. Pushing the transmitter button again within 3 seconds will unlock the other doors. If doors are not opened within 30 seconds, all the doors will automatically lock. Door lock control ECU is protected by GAUGE (15-amp) fuse and by DOME (10-amp) fuse located in left kick panel fuse box. See Fig 1.
