Test No. 3: Key Unlock Warning Switch Circuit: Testing
- Check operation of key unlock warning switch. See KEY UNLOCK WARNING SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS. If key unlock warning switch operates properly, go to next step. If key unlock warning switch is defective, replace key unlock warning switch.
- Check for faulty connectors and wiring between key unlock warning switch and body ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Repair wiring or connectors as necessary. If connectors and wiring are okay, go to next test listed. See appropriate TROUBLE SHOOTING SYMPTOMS table under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
