Avalon (Driver's Window)

Disconnect window motor harness connector. Connect voltmeter positive lead to terminal No. 3 (Pink wire) and negative voltmeter lead to terminal No. 5 (White wire) at window motor harness connector. Apply positive battery voltage to terminal No. 1 (Red wire) and connect negative battery lead to terminal No. 2 (Green wire) at window motor harness connector. See Figure. Pulse should be generated with window motor running. Reverse polarity of battery leads. Pulse should be generated with window motor running in opposite direction. If generated pulse is not as specified, replace window motor assembly. See POWER WINDOW MOTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
